Lam Pong Sui
Chief Financial Officer
Lam Pong Sui joined our Group in December 2007. He has over fifteen years of experience
in the finance sector. Lam Pong Sui started his career with Ernst & Young in August
1991. Thereafter he joined the New China Hong Kong Group Limited in October 1994 as
their finance manager until December 1998. Subsequently from April 1999 to May 2000,
he served as the finance manager of On Hing Paper Company Limited, before moving
on to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of Harbin Brewery Group Limited (a Hong
Kong listed company) for the period August 2000 to December 2004.
In January 2005, he joined Anheuser-Busch Management (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. as a
director, where he was also appointed as the chief financial officer of Harbin Brewery
Group (which became part of the holding company of Anheuser-Busch Management
(Shanghai) Co. Ltd.) responsible for the financial reporting function. Lam Pong Sui holds
a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a
degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of
the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Chen Yi
Sales and Marketing Manager
Chen Yi joined Dapai’s sales and marketing department in 2004 and was soon promoted
to the manager of Dapai’s sales and marketing department. She reports directly to our
CEO, Chen Yong, who is also the head of our sales and marketing department. She
assists Chen Yong in the implementation of sales and marketing plans and strategy
for our Group. She graduated from SHNU-Science & Technology Management College
with a higher diploma in computing in August 2004.
Chen Yi is the daughter of our Executive Chairman, Chen Xizhong, and is the sibling of
our CEO, Chen Yong.
Duan Xiao Feng
Production Department Manager
Duan Xiao Feng joined our Group in 2004. Duan Xiao Feng has near ten years of
experience in the bag industry. Previously, he served as the production manager of
several bags and accessories manufacturing companies such as Guangdong Shenzhen
Baodao Handbags Factory for the period 1998 to 2001, and Suzhou Jidikai Bags Co.,
Ltd for the period 2001 to 2004. In 2004, he left Suzhou Jidikai Bags Co., Ltd and joined
Dapai as our production manager. He graduated from Li Ming Vocational University in
June 1989 with a degree in Business Administration.
Liu Sui Shui
Research and Development Manager
Liu Sui Shui joined our Group in 2004. Liu Sui Shui has approximately ten years of
experience in the bag industry, particulary in the research and development field. He
started his career with Quanzhou Hongyuan Light Industry, as a product designer
from 1995 to 1997. Thereafter, he joined Nanan Hai Jiang in 1997 as their chief product
designer. He left Nanan Hai Jiang in 2000 and joined Shenzhen Longgang Dafeng
Company in 2000 as their vice general manager of their research and development
department, where he was responsible for ensuring the commercial viability of the
company’s products.
He left the company in 2003 and joined our Group as our research and development
manager. Quanzhou Hongyuan Light Industry, Nanan Hai Jiang and Shenzhen
Longgang Dafeng Company are companies which engage in the manufacture and sale
of bags. Liu Sui Shui holds a degree in art from Jiangxi Academy of Fine Arts.
Wang Jin Zhong
Procurement Department Manager
Wang Jin Zhong joined our Group in 2003. Wang Jin Zhong has over ten years of
experience in the consumer goods industry. He joined the Zhongxin Tourism Products
Co., Ltd as an apprentice in the company’s procurement department from 1995 to
1999. Thereafter he joined Shi Meng Tui Si Da Bags and Company Private Limited as
the company’s deputy factory manager from 1999 to 2003. In the later part of 2003, he
joined Dapai as our procurement manager, responsible for the planning and procuring
of our raw materials. He graduated from Wuhan Polytechnic in 1995 with a degree in
Business Administration.
Wang Bin
Human Resources and Administration Manager
Wang Bin joined our Group in 2004. Previously, he has held managerial positions in
various companies such as Liuan Transportation Company, Anhui Province , where
he was responsible for the Company’s general administrative and human resource
matters from 1991 to 1995 before establishing his own human resource company
in 1995. He graduated from Anhui Radio & TV University in 1991 with a degree in
Business Administration.
